I am looking to go to Bay St. Louis MS and will be working on a house located on the bay during the month of Arpil. Can someone tell me about the fish, fishing, etc. in the bay? What flies to tie? 8WT OK? How much backing? What species to expect? what time of day to fish? I will likely have to fish at odd short period times so no guide. Any help will be appreciated. David

Eight-weight is fine. Use Clouser Deep Minnows in chartreuse and white and olive and white. Fish early and late.
