I’ll join, but will let you know what pattern after others announce. I have several in mind and this way there sould be a greater variety.

Count me in with a Red Humpy! Scott

With a due date of about a month away and so few tyers, should we each tie two different patterns? I have another pattern that I would love to share. I already have 1 set done. Fine with me either way. Scott

Salovin, that sounds great. I was trying to make up my mind about a couple different patterns also.
Panman is this idea alright with you?
I hope that this swap fills up

Thanks for the idea,
Doug

Hi Doug…count me in for this one…one or two patterns, doesnt matter. Im thinking of a Lime Trude or an Adams Variant or both if you decide to do two patterns. Thanks, Jason

I’ll do two too (lol)

Tim

This is turning out to be a great swap! I LOVE the tying styles of the participants so far. I already have two sets of six tied. Bring it on! Scott

ok, count me in. flies TBD. thanks

ok-make it a #20 Griffith’s Gnat and a #18 Hair-wing Coachman

Hey Doug,

Count me in. I will tie some lightning bugs and some black nosed daces.
Thanks,

Chris Radding

I will submit a Gray Coachman and a Peacock & Teal dry fly. Photo & recipe are at the below links. In addition I will send each tyer a small package of wild duck CDC that I picked from this falls hunt. It is unsorted, but you should find some good stuff in there. If, per chance, you don’t want the CDC contact the host so he can give it to one of the other swappers.

For my second fly, I will submit a fly called “Mrs. Simpson”. It is a fly mainly used in New Zealand, but I know it would be effective around here fishing for Brookies. Scott

This is going to be a great swap. All very skilled tyers. Can’t wait to see the flies.

Thanks again everyone,
Happy tying,
Doug

Placed my flies in the mail today. Please let me know when they arrive.

Tim

My flies will be in the mail Friday morning! Let me know. This was a good idea for a swap! Scott
