SWAP IS FULL
The guidelines are 2 different flies either: dry, wet, nymph, or streamer used mainly for catching those picky brookies. I will be taking up to 6 tyers including me. The due date for the flies to be in will be Feb. 28th and the due date to sign up be around the 10th of Feb.
With a due date of about a month away and so few tyers, should we each tie two different patterns? I have another pattern that I would love to share. I already have 1 set done. Fine with me either way. Scott
Salovin, that sounds great. I was trying to make up my mind about a couple different patterns also.
Panman is this idea alright with you?
I hope that this swap fills up
Thanks for the idea,
Doug

Hi Doug…count me in for this one…one or two patterns, doesnt matter. Im thinking of a Lime Trude or an Adams Variant or both if you decide to do two patterns. Thanks, Jason
I will submit a Gray Coachman and a Peacock & Teal dry fly. Photo & recipe are at the below links. In addition I will send each tyer a small package of wild duck CDC that I picked from this falls hunt. It is unsorted, but you should find some good stuff in there. If, per chance, you don’t want the CDC contact the host so he can give it to one of the other swappers.
For my second fly, I will submit a fly called “Mrs. Simpson”. It is a fly mainly used in New Zealand, but I know it would be effective around here fishing for Brookies. Scott
