A few pictures from my new camera

These are unedited and I am just learning my new Pentax K110D SLR.

This fellow was a real ham and let me get close enough for a few shots:

This is the head of a long pool:

Tail of the same pool:

A cut bank with erosion prevention in place on the left. Very deep channel along the rip rap dam:

Another cut bank at the end of a pool and some riffles:

All pictures of Little Buffalo Creek and Holman lake. Took the fly rod out but the fish weren’t cooperating and I was too busy with the camera.

Kewl Eric,

Nice pictures of a pretty fishery. Thanks for
sharing.G Warm regards, Jim

P.S.
Feel free to include some fish porn next time.G

Nice photos, Eric. Looks like you have been doing that for years :). I’ve got to get my photos reduced down in size like that even more than what I have them.

Thanks guys.

I use http://www.photobucket.com Set up a free account and download copies of you picture files there. Click the edit tab on the picture you want. Picture and a re-size pull down menu will appear. I bring them down to web/email size for large pictures (800X720 and up) or message board size for pics under 800. Always keep an unedited copy of your pics on a CD or DVD disc. Once you re-size on photobucket you cannot regain the last size.

Those are some great shots. Looks like a great little stream to explore.

Eric,
Nice pix! We need to fish that stream.
Talk to you soon.
Mike

Nice pic Eric.
So does that mean the guy in the first picture was the only one fishing?

OH!!, … I really need a new camera :frowning:

Thanks for sharing Eric.

After watching that Heron catch fish after fish I decided to just stick with the photography. There is no way I would even have a prayer of out fishing the Heron.

Chris,
You pics look great to me!
