Shrimp Butter (Dip)
From Jim Hatch

This is a dip that we enjoy every Christmas Eve. It has been a tradition with us for many years. It's very quick and easy to make but if you're having guests, you might want to run copies of the recipe ahead of time. Your guests will want copies!

Shrimp Butter

Cream together:

1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 stick of butter or margarine
    2 Tablespoons of mayonaise
1/2 Tablespoons of lemon or lime juice

Add and mix:

2 4 ounce cans of tiny shrimp, drained
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion

Refrigerate.

Serve with favorite crackers. I like the Ritz but my wife prefers Triscuits. Very tasty snack. It's hard to make too much. ~ Jim Hatch
