Margarita Steak |

Rub steak liberally with Prime Rib Seasoning (some
salty concoction). Marinate it in a margarita mix for
several hours, turning once in a while. If you have an
extra bit of mix, pour over ice while the coals
season. Then grill that baby! ~ jgw
