Ingredients:

    About 6 medium potatoes

    1 large onion

1 small can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms

    2 cans water

    1 can of mushroom soup

    8 deer chops

    Ritz Crackers

    Sharp Cheddar cheese - shredded

    Method:

Spray a 9 x 13 dish with Pam or similar product

Peel and slice potatoes and layer in bottom of dish

Peel and slice onion and layer over potatoes.

Place mushrooms on top of onion

Place deer chops on top of mushrooms

In a two quart sauce pan, place the can of mushroom soup and whisk with the two cans of water, heat to almost boiling and without lumps, pour over deer chops. Crumble Ritz crackers over the casserole using as many as you like to cover it.

Spread the shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese over the crackers and cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for almost an hour; then, uncover and bake about 15/20 minutes more.
