No more than two hooks per line.
4 trout/tag, max of 3 tags/day
No noodling (catching fish by hand). Apparently they feel they don’t have enough cottonmouths, very large snapping turtles, 100# catfish, large gar, angry beavers, etc… to make it sporting.
