Visited a new-to-me spot. Hoped for Orangespotted Sunfish. It was extremely shallow and muddy along the shoreline. Caught a small bass and lost a sunfish of some sort.Moved on to one of my more frequent haunts.Caught a variety of fish, including some Largemouth Bass, a Spotted Gar, Warmouth, Shortnose Gar, Bowfin, and a tiny Silver Carp.
