Okuma Vashon Reel

My 5wt reel is one of those, my 4wt is a sierra and my 7wt is a magnitude I’m darn happy with them. Okuma makes descent reels. Some of my reels were bought when I started fly fishing and are still putting up a fight. IMHO the vashon is a very good reel.

The Vashon reel has been a very sound investment for me.Reliability of the drag system for the price has me sold on Okuma reels…very good value.

Thanks for your replies, gentlemen. The reel is on its way right now. I can’t wait to give it a try. I’ve always been told that Okuma makes quality reels. As a matter of fact, I bought my nephew one years ago, which he still uses. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
