Hey Fellow fly fishers,
I’m working in the Eugene/Lowell area and was curious if anyone had any info on fishing around here. I hired a guide for next Sunday the 14th for the Mckenzie. But, was more curious about smaller wadeable. Streams that I could hit and possibly some tips on what to use. Not looking for anyone’s secret haunts. Just a little guidance.

The North Fork of the Middle Fork Willamette River out of Westfir is a nice little stream and fly fishing only. The Middle Fork around Westfir and also above Hills Creek reservoir is worth exploring.
Is this part of the Willamette wadeable?? I brought my waders and a 4 and 5wt rods and reels. I tried wading some of the Willamette just below Oakridge and it was pretty tough to wade and get to productive water.
The North Fork of the Middle Fork is wadeable.
