A number of years ago Jim Slattery gave me a chunk of wax that he made from Leisenring's wax formula and showed me how Leisenring spun the loop on his knee. Not that easy to do. I was wondering what kind of wax did you use? Did it set up and harden well?

The only thing Slattery has given me is ham, eggs, and toast! LOL
Actually, I am using a fairly hardened OLD tube of Waspi Premium Dubbing Wax. It must be 30 years old. Seems to work pretty well.
Will be near Campfire Lodge again this summer. May ask him if he has more he could part with.
