I did not have a chance to compare it to the Z-Axis. I do not own one and the shop sold out of those about 3 days after they dropped the price...

Do you see 4wt One being a good dry fly rod or good for fishing tailwaters? I have a 4 wt ZXL that does a great job, but when the wind whips up it can be a bit of a challenge to place the fly where I would like it. I have a 4 wt in the z-axis, but would prefer something a bit stiffer at the tip.
