Good point. No, I sure didn't. I guess the only real attempt I made was the common shipping date. It was assumed it would work something like that, but I didn't make a formal announcement for it.

Everyone knows to hold their presents until Christmas and not spoil it, right? RIGHT?!?....Unless you have a smelly box with fishdog54's name on it. You might have to open that one to disinfect and febreeze.

    ol' blue,

Not to worry, freeze drying and maybe some dry ice should nullify any adverse vapors. "IT" will/should probably(?) keep till Christmas! The package is specially designed to hold these things.(I've been told!) I will also enclose instructions on what to do if "IT" causes the recipient any problems. Alternate/additional precautions can be downloaded off the Web at WWW.youdidn'tletitoutoftheboxdidyou.com.

    Best regards, Dave S.

One week until our shipping date! Try to have your packages ready to mail next Monday!

    ol'blue,

Box is ready - the critter that goes in it - not cooperating. Watch the teeth on this thing - they're sharp! Dang! It's loose again and headed for the couch! Oops! Fetch! Fetch! The dogs almost had it. Arrgh! Gotta go - this could get ugly!

    Best regards, Dave S.

    Mike,

Oh sure, I am going to wait until Christmas, yea, you bet. I say open upon arrival. Like what if it is chocolate? You wouldn't want it to go stale, nope, not me.

And who am I to take risks? I'm only opening it early to be sure that nothing spoils or goes to waste.

Yep. I think the majority of us here are fully grown men and women and shouldn't have to wait until our mommies and daddies awaken us on Christmas morning? Geez, it's only a $20.00 gift from someone we've never met or probably never will!

Although I can tell you it will be most appreciated and thought well of ever time I hopefully use it!

When you can arrange your affairs to go fishing, forget all the signs, homilies, advice and folklore. JUST GO.
