I'm starting to think I sent my package via pony express and not first class mail. I guess the post office is kind of busy this time of year.

    Mailed last Thursday.

No, they made it in, but I didn't get a chance to post them up. I received yours and steelieslayers. Sorry for the delay.

My pattern is my early season "go to" fly for local trout. It is a pheasant tail knockoff that I like because I can get lighter shades on the fly.

    Hook - #12 standard nymph
    Thread - brown
Tail - 6 strands of pheasant tail fibers
Body - light tan punch yarn
    Rib - copper wire
    Head - peacock herl
Casing - Rusty brown punch yarn

BTW, I am sorting out the flies this afternoon, and should have things ready for the mail tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have time for pictures, too.

Mine were in the mailbox when I got home from work today. Thank you very much. The flies are nice.

Neat stuff, folks! Thanks, Ol' Blue, for hosting another of your fine swaps. It was fun trying something entirely different. Hopefully my little streamer will catch someone some fish. JGW
