Gnu, Abe Books ( www.abebooks.com ) has Gary's book for $14.74 and up. That might beat Amazon, but I'm not sure. I've done business with Abe before or I wouldn't suggest them.

I agree with Doug a touch of flash can make a lot of differance.
We have a soft hackle fly called the "Purple Pazzaz". A touch of red flash in the purple chenille and 2 strips of purple foil in the tail.
