Your replies gave me a good chuckle I just spent the evening trying to tie a feather winged streamer using a peacock herl body and beard underneath. The wings didn't work out but the body and beard did so I figure I tied a nymph with a beard......lol

And remember :

on any given day any given fly can catch any given fish..

but if it ain't in the water in ain't gonna work...
