Default What are you tying now?

I tied up PTN, and leeches today. Used 5 different materials for the leeches to see how they will work.
    Did 30 flies total.

    Rick,

I've been tying for swaps for a while since I'm involved in 12 at the time. All the swaps flies are completed and mailed in so I am tying leeches, some bream flies and more topwater bass patterns.

Tied up some white bead headed diawl bachs. Some with tail/beards, some without, some tied short on the shank, some on curved shanks, some on straight.

    I'll see what happens.

Big Clouser Minnows and Blondes for the stripers and hybrid bass. Also tying some Winter's Hopes for a swap and some Czech Nymphs for another swap.

A few streamers yesterday but mostly classic wet flies that past couple of weeks. I've got to catch up on some dry flies next.

    Hey Rick,

I've been working on a box of jellybeans
for Leonard. He tempted me by offering some
of those neat Roo scuds in a swap*G* Also
got the bodies finished last night for a
mess for Hula Poppers for Dianes swap. Next
on my list is some of the leeches like you
sent me. They are the only darned fly that
has produced for me the last couple of trips.*G* Rick knows best!*G* Warm regards, Jim

RG/AR, how about sharing the recipe for that Trout Crack. I tried searching for it but I can't find it anywhere.
