I was sliding the bobbin cradle off to install a hackle gauge on the vise shaft, and I broke one of the arms off of the plastic pivot. I call Peak to order a new one and the nice lady mails me one at no charge. Got it in 2 days. Nice.

maybe the biggest compliment to Peak is in the 9 years I've been tying on mine, I've never had to call them about anything!
To the simpleton, proof does not matter once emotion takes hold of an issue.
