Tubes are tied, tagged, boxed and ready for shipping. The Junesquiglies will be done tagged and boxed this evening. The julyflies will be done the day after tomorrow and then the whole lot will be shipped to Bill before the weekend. I will keep you in the loop!

I guess it's me and I'll probably get some 'grief' about this but so be it. This swap was announced 5/21 and the expectation was expressed that it would be completed about 7/15. Now let me say off the bat that I could care less about the flies. I don't need any flies. This particular style was new to me. I've never used any like these and I was just curious to see what they looked like and how I would tie them. Having said that, a swap is a swap and I have only 3 expectations.
- I expect people to tie decent flies. They don't have to be 'perfection' or even 'professional'. Just their own good attempt.
- Completion of the swap on time. If 'life' gets in the way, then the swapper will contact the swapmeister, everyone will be advised and an adjustment may be made.
- Communication.
If I'm off-base in my expectations, send me a piece of spaghetti. I'll cook it and give myself a few lashes.

No, Allan, you are correct. All of the flies have arrived (except mine). I am out of town and won't be able to get them tied until next week. My apologies for taking too long on this. My fault and thanks for calling me to task.

Well, have a enjoyable and safe trip back into town. Just knowing the 'status' of the situation (communication) would alleviate my faulty personal concerns and maybe those of others.
