Well in this day and age it is almost shocking when you are able to speak with a companies owner. Denny, is a tier and knows flat out more about raising birds than anyone I know. I have had the pleasure of tying with Conranch's products and as long as it is available it is all I will be using for feathers. A couple things I have found is how strong the stems are and how the hackle does not twist as you rotate it on a hook.
