    Looks good. If I thought I could get there in time, I'd invite myself to dinner. Thank God it's finally enough like spring to get out to the grill! Happy cooking! The sausage looks great and the ham is delightful, since I've not seen Joe V. much lately, let me put in a plug for one of his favorites SPAM! Don't be afraid to make that substitution!     As Joe B said, SPAM would have put that "over the top." LOL Mighty fine lookin' groceries, there. I went to your blog and copied the recipe, Will definitely try this on whe teh weather cooperates a bit more.

    the crock pot will be busy tonight

    Corned Beef and Cabbage with Carrots and Potatoes

    Cooking it overnight.

    The smell in the morning will be amazing.

    Just in time for Saint Patty's Day
