    Talking Fun on the AuSable

Thirteen of us went to Comins Flats to fish this morning. Several caught fish, including Jon and Wes Flamming, Jim Flamming's sons. Though we had a brief shower, we all had fun while the fish were cooperating.

Though this was my second time actually wading and fishing, I did manage to catch the biggest thing there, my husband! Bill was downstream from me and while straightening out a problem with my line the current carried my fly straight to Bill.

As we all were getting ready to leave, a kind gentleman was willing to get a picture of all of us together. The piture will be posted later.

    LOL!
    Catch of the day!
Should we say, "The one that can't get away, even when heading downstream."
If I ever went with that many, I'd have to run off and hide to fish.

I e-mailed it to Jean. If she doesn't use it when she writes up the fish-in I'll post it. Anyone who wants a copy sent to them before that let me know.

The wrap up will be forthcoming, Jean is working on the Quilt for the Raffle, and will be getting to the Final Report shortly.

I hope for Bill's sake this time around you did not practice C&R.
