    Default Good Rods and Bad

Right on, JC. I too get a little tired of opinion being passed on as TRUTH in regards to rods. I own and have owned a lot of rods. Most of my rods would be categorized as medium-fast in action, and I have one or two fast action rods. However, I am gradually leaning toward slightly slower action rods, because they fit my casting style better. Maybe because I am getting older and just slowing down. The best rod is the one you enjoy using the most.

I especially liked the warning at the end ...

You got to love them all. The day you quit believing that, you're on your way back to worms. ~ JC
