    Default Rick's Z's Peanut Brittle

My wife just said about 29 minutes ago, "I need something quick and fast to take to our kids tonight" They are having us over for a ham dinner but my wife is the kind that never goes to anyones without taking a gift or a dish to pass, etc. Rick's quick as a flash, microwave peanut brittle to the rescue!!! I snitched a piece. The grandkids (and adults too) will be happy and me too. Thanks Rick!

We got the recipie from my sister-in-law.
It is bad for my waistline as it is so quick and so good. Glad you liked it.

A great simple recipe. In fact, it's so easy, a cave man could make it.
