I remember that Herters glow paint. It smelled like rotten eggs.
As a kid, I painted the stripes of a football with it. Activated it with a flashlight, fun playing catch in the dark.

No, I will post what I do today and include a few pics of materials I use. This is different than anything I have seen while I have been tying these. I spent a ton of time on the phone talking to companies about their products 10 years ago to figure this out what to use and how.
