This rod is for a customer who regrettably lost his father recently and he wanted to show his appreciation to his friend for helping him through the tough time. Blank is a St Croix, reel seat is spalted maple set in titanium colored BUL5 hardware. Grip is custom grip using various burl&exotic corks. Stripper is a z frame Fuji, single foot guides, Candy Apple Red Gudebrod with single turn metallic gold done in the center of the wraps round out the build.
