Elkhair Caddis (#16 & #14) - Toss it up stream as a dry - when it starts to drag down stream, pull it under, and fish it back as a wet. You are just as likely to get a hit in either direction. Also effective as an emerger or skittered along the surface with a lot of movement imparted. Toss a larger size one and you have a big stone or wet -a streamer.

Byron - the only reason I drink wine, is because I get a free cork with every bottle! BURP!! Excuse me! I gotta go fly some more ties, err.........

This has been the year of the Prince! Landed so many fish on it this year. I tie a variant on a 200R in a size 8 with a few variations not too commonly seen and a tungsten bead and a bit of weight. It imitates quite a few things but it's been a really big hitter even the ones I pass along to friends. Byron, the corks are to put your flies on when your done tying them so the hook points don't dull before you put them into your box or to let things dry on them and an easy way to take them off the vise.
