Tanner update: He will be in the hospital for one or two more days, possibly longer if they decide to do surgery now.

About all I know about ophthalmology is I need glasses and I can't spell ophthalmology without looking it up. However, considering the advances they have made in the care of eyes and laser surgery to correct vision and the grace of God, I have to believe Tanner will recover his vision in his eye although it may take a little while and some work.

I'm tying up a couple of fun flies on safety pins, a grasshopper and a frog, to put on his hat. His friend thought he would get a kick out of that.

Hey guys,
Just got an update on Tanner. The dr says that there is still an infection but he is optimistic about how its healing. So its looking real good. They are finally getting to go home but with a patch on. He is still not able to open it all the way. It will be a lengthy healing process but he is doing great. V.J. And Allyson are both SO grateful for everyones prayer! Keep it up and pass it on!
