Worm swap: Shipped back

Hi. I’ve been in couple of swaps, but I would like to host one myself. This is for types of worms. It can be any kind of worm: aquatic or land.

There will 12 tyers, including myself. The rules are according to Bassman’s sticky post. Anyone can join, adults, kids, or teenagers. I’m a kid, but I like tying worms.

Worms are due May 1st, 2007. I’ll PM the address when the swap is full. Thank you for joining my swap.

Trout Fry, littlebassy would like to get in with a too simply Blood Worm if that is ok. John

Can I join also? I’m thinking of making an midgeworm… I’m not sure if it’s technically a worm, but the name fits and great on trout.

Thanks for filling the swap!

Might I play along with a [url=http://www.flyanglersonline.com/flytying/fotw2/122203fotw.html:c0a57]Drifting Oligochaete Worm[/url:c0a57]?

Sounds fun.
Count me in.
Fly TBA.

Brian (FISHNFOOL9)

Can I get in? I’d like to tie a version of Windram’s Cinderworm.

Thanks,

I’m in. I’ll be tying a 2K worm. Later.

Thanks for tying flies for the swap!!!

If it’s not to late, I’d like to change what I’m tying. I designed (I think) a new worm-type fly and just got back from trying it out. I caught my limit (eight) of rainbow trout in 40 minutes!

It is basically a bead-head, with a chartreuse chenille body and chartreuse bucktail, comming off the hook bend at a 70 degree angle. When you pull it, the bucktail kicks, sort of like those Trout Magnet lures you see at Wal-Mart. It works. I’ll try to post pics tomorrow.

For lack of a better name, I’ll call it the ‘Crazy Worm’ for now.

Thanks,

Gig

Trout Fry, Woolybears are all tied & ready to mail, all I need is an address…Bud (hcmiller)

Thank you for joining the swap.

Trout Fly, I have a foam caterpillar that I really like to tie. Count me in if you will. They sink, as worms do, and my wife says they are ‘’ cute ‘’, so they must be okay.

Midge worms are all set.

Mine and littleBassy’es flies are mailed and on their way. Thanks again from both of us. We have included a few extra’s for a fine young swap host. John
