William Joseph service

I thought that I would share a service experience that I recently had with William Joseph. I’ve always read good things about their products and they have been on the short list of many fly fishing related purchases. I have a pair of their wadding boots and a Coastal II fly fishing vest. I had a problem with the zippers on the vest. While I really liked the vest the zippers were failing and so I contacted William Joseph and they said send it in.

I received a called from the sales manager and I also exchanged emails with him. It was a very pleasant experience. They know how to treat their customers and how to stand behind a product that they sell. That isn’t the case with many these days.

While I ended up with a new pack and it is very impressive, I am more impressed with great service from a company that knows how to stand behind its products.

Have you got their phone number Clay. I bought a chest pack, and my chest is too big for the straps, and I need to have an extension made. I’d make it myself, but the buckles won’t match up.
