which of these two hooks do you prefer?

Thanks again Jay…that was helpful… I found a pack of TMC 3769 in a size 14. I wrote comparable to a 3906 to help me when I sort this package. It seems that there are more here who like the 3906 than the 9300. I am going to look through this again. I know Bugman has the 9300…I want to compare them side by side. I have not run across any 9300, so I guess I don’t have any. I have more 3906B than anything in this area. I ordered some more 3366, 94840, and 3399 hooks. I will check with Bugman about those 9300 hooks. I wouldn’t be looking at these so hard if not for that book recommending these hooks.

Well I got the 3399 hook order in. They look good to me. I will start tying with them asap to see what I think of them. I do know the larger 3366 is not sharp compared to their smaller 3366 which I love. Anyway, I finally finished organizing those hooks. That was a JOB. I still have some left over room to try a few of the standards people mentioned. Thank you for all the info.
