I have made no effort to check the authenticity of the graphic. My home state MS is worse at Obesity, a testament to the number of good cooks and a love of the frying pan. From the map it would appear Idaho may be the best place to live they are worse at “Least governemnt influence.” Since when is that a bad thing?
My state is worse at keeping out of staters out of my state.
I do know what we are best at ,
(Just some facts from my real life experience)
Freedom
Kindness
Education
Inventions
Helping others all over the globe
Freedom said that , worth repeating…
Loving our Children , sharing, caring
You said my state , the United States every bit , shore to shore… you bet…
Focus on what is good about America I just focus on the facts…
and work to make it even better…
Be safe

Gee, It says alcoholism, maybe that’s why it scares me so much to drive home! Although Montana has the drunk Driving award and Connecticut the Bad Driving. I’m sure we compete closely for both of those. It sure is scary on our freeways!!
UJ,
If’n I was you, I’d stay outta that place to your southwest (not gonna name names or nuthin), just sayin.

It doesn’t say it on the map, but my state is worst at being a state, a very big push to remove all freedoms and rely on handouts.
The State of Washington is bad at a lot of things but the one thing that stands out for me and it isn’t really all the state’s fault but fishery management. Washington State used to be home to some to the world’s best anadroumous fishing but today this fishing is all but disapearing right before our eyes. Sad.
I agree. Aren’t Texans supposed to have visas?
Lots of potential for adding this info to license plate mottos. “Pennsylvania - We’re Burnin’ for You”
according to the chart Vermont’s is Infertility - I’d like to know who came up with that one, cause there are so many adolescent mothers and more ready to pop out and go on welfare. It’s crazy,
For me it’s the long drives to get to work and back, 106.5 round trip everyday no matter the weather.
REE, I’m planning a trip down that way real soon, my mama and family are down there. But no worries I know the ultimate prevention.
Idaho is worse at keepin government out. Idaho’s government is horrible. People can bring religion into the job and it is ok. Oh did I mention people can bring religion into the government as well and it is just mighty fine. If you are not of a certain religion in this state you are sunk. If you are a woman in this state you are sunk. If you do not have hundreds of thousands of dollars in the bank you are sunk. Now the good stuff. If you like breathing fresh air this is the place. If you want to fly fish while looking at the capitol building and catch big browns and steelhead, this is the place. If you like hundreds of miles of roadless area this is the place. I could go on for hours.
My state is worse at breeding politicians.

The eastern part of my state is worst at windless, comfortable, warm fishing days. If the weather isn’t miserable, then the wind is. Must be the fault of the lay of the land. Ancient Lake Missoula had a lot to do with it.
Joe,
The worst for the wind is tri-cities in Washington state… I lived
up in Richland while doing a work spell at Westinghouse Hanford…
I’ll never forget fishing for steelheads in in the Colombia river…
I could stand that wind for a day or two in that beautiful area…
I have been blessed to visit all but a half dozen or so states. Without exception I have found the people to be wonderful, friendly for the most part and with the exception of sometimes being in the middle of a large city than I really like or them being overly blessed with cold weather they are all great place to visit. I am getting back on the road again this year with a total of 34 hotels in cities from Boston to Miami, on to Dallas, through KC and on to Denver and Aspen. There will be stops in picturesque places like Rochester, Buffalo and Cleveland. I am looking forward to every trip and the people I will meet and work with. With all of our scars, freckles and warts, the USA is without a doubt the greatest place this side of heaven.
If I find out I’m in your hood I may drop you a PM and ask you to meet me for a cup and MickeyD’s. You have now been warned.
UJ,
I for one will leave the light on for ya
Steve
Steve,
Unfortunately I stop at Aspen going west this year. I just have to come up with some reason to hang out in the Aspen neighborhood. We are trying to grow the company and you can’t every tell where I will show up. I made it up to Fresno a couple of years back not realizing I was at the gates to Yosemite and that you were hang out up there.
Steve, in the Tri-Cities you are at the high end of the Columbia River Gorge. The wind there is like the wind coming out of a ram jet.
