fished some serious head water tonight. Decided to fish it to the source.
The water got really skinny and I was about to give up. In the distance i saw a farm bridge. Decided it would be a good place to stop. I started getting hits near the bridge. The depth under the bridge was about 2.5 feet. I saw some cement structure under there and threw under. It was a good walk…18-20 inch female brown. Very fat.
The water above and below the bridge was 6 inches deep. This deep area held 6 trout.
Left the camera in truck…felt good to leave it there.
We all like surprises like that and I’m glad that your turn came around. Still and all, I’m in shock. A Spinner post without a beautiful picture! I kept scrolling down but no picture.
