The Wasatch Mitch’s Wood Trim Bobbin/Whirler
I was at a monthly meeting of the Alpine Fly Fishers last night and we had a club member who is also a pro fly tyer demonstrating tying Spey style flies.
He uses the new Mitch?s Bobbin/Whirler and loves it. He put on a demonstration on how to use the tool.
One of the other club members in the audience is a serious steelheader via the spey rod and he expounded upon how great he thought this bobbin/whirler was, he said it has saved him a lot of time and tying materials by using it.
I think that is a pretty good unsolicited advertisement about this new tool. If you are a serious or semi-serious fly tyer, you may want to consider buying one.
