I am trying to find some 3399A hooks in size 2, currently they are only making them in 4 and smaller.

I’m not sure of the difference between 3399a and 3399, but you can get the regular 3399 in size 2 for $4.10/100 at captain hooks warehouse.
I don’t know about this vendor, but this guy seems to have them:

The “a” has an undersize eye… At my age they can keep those itty-bitty eyes!!!
