I would like to know opinions about the best breathable waders under $200.
I had LLBeans, Cabelas, and some others but I need a couple of new ones, soon.
Thanks in advance folks.
Silver Label? Stockingfoot Waders are on sale for $129 (down from $189) and I have had very good luck with them. Also, Orvis has a great fix a leak policy. http://www.orvis.com/store/productchoice.aspx?pf_id=60L0&dir_id=758&group_id=777&cat_id=5594&subcat_id=11026
I also have used Cabelas brand, probably equal to their Dry-Plus and they have also held up well.
Be sure to check out Sierra Trading post, also.
I recently retired a pair of orvis clearwaters after 4 years of leak free use. I loved them, but they wore out.
I bought a pair of Albright last December when they had their big sale. I got the ones with the felt sole boots attached. They work good and are relatively inexpensive. Plus Albright is an FAOL sponsor. Checkāem out. Jim
I have been happy with Dan Bailey lightweights. Mine were about $200 but they may have gone up. Depending on your size, you might still be able to find a pair of discontinued Simms L2 waders for $150 - $200.
