I have a simple question, And that is… Are we allowed a single vote…Or, are we able to vote for 1 fly/Tyer per devision…say 1 fly from freestyle 1 from Classic and 1 from the wet devision…?

I agree! A very difficult task to select one out of those beautifully dressed flies. I did manage to select one and cast my vote.
Finally decided on the fly to vote on, but it wasn’t easy.
