Buddy on a jig tying board got the following vises and can’t find anything about them - Can anybody help???

Check on Alibaba. You may find a similar photo there.
Took a look and it was mainly new vise’s nothing old = did a search on vintage and antique. Did the same search on Google and went through all the images and nothing.
prototypes or home built would be my guess
