I’m looking to get a vise to make my first bamboo rod…I like the portability of this one…what do you think?

Looks ok, ya might need a few more things though.

Yeah I figured…I just recently purchase a hand plane, micrometer and a heat gun. I’ve got a few items already. My first will be a 2 strip quad or PMQ…should be able to make it with the above items and a vise :D.
