how do i tell what it is. i am told its wtf 10 f
here is the measurements
The tip of the line is .039. It increases to
.067 at thickest point of belly, then drops down to
.039 running line at rear. Hope that helps

Buy an Umpqua Line Scale. It is a spring scale that is available at many fly shops for $19.95. Very useful.

Just try the line out on your rod of choice
It doesn’t matter if it’s a 10, a 9 or an 11wt as long as it works for you
On my 10wt rod I use a 12wt floating line, an 11wt intermediate line and a 10 wt full sinking line
The line police haven’t busted me yet.
