Yeah, sorta like our judicial system sentencing a killer to 3 concurrent 300 year sentences…THAT buys us a whole lot of credibility worldwide, doesn’t it?..
I can hear the Judge now…“OK Herbie, before I read the sentence, I have changed your name to Methusela so the sentence I am about to read makes sense.”
I have always appreciated humor that pokes fun at ridiculous statements. HOW can we achieve OVER 100%? Just one of many inane statements.
Getting started, another ridiculous billboard I have seen is for a car dealership:
“Mar-----, the old fashion dealer!”…FALSE advertising…I have not YET been able to purchase outdated clothes in that showroom!

Diane, did you lose the cap off of your Zap-A-Gap CA again? This is a great post. For the record my boss will be more than willing to confirm that I always give 100%. He tells me about it all the time. Gee, perhaps that’s why I’m always on th Special High Intensity Training List ($HIT LIST)

I got my swap fly’s tied on time 100%
My gift rods will be ready in time 100%
My Cristmas shopping is done 100%
Paid my bill’s on time 100%
My snow is not shovled 100%
My laundry is not done 100%
The livingroom is clean 100%
Dinner is in the crockpot 100%
I know my car is due for service 100%
You see I give 100% all the time. Maybe I should throw some things in the washer? Nah, later!
I feel more like I do now than I did when I got here!
