Ticket Sales Needed--J.C. Memorial Bench

I understand Ticket Sales for the J.C. Memorial Bench have been Slow. (that is putting the best spin I have on it)

I am suggesting that All who have Contributed or Purchased a Ticket with Cash for this effort please post a response to this post.

Hopefully this can be a “Joining In” or “Participating” rally device to help boost the ticket sales.

We have all benefited greatly from this site and J. C. and it is time to step up and provide J. C. with the memorial he more than deserves.

In addition, Ray has solicited and gathered a bunch of great prizes.

I bought tickets & plan to buy more. A bargain at $10.00 each. I understand there are about 300 to go…with 7,000+ members, that should be no problem.

I donated 12 Furled Leaders for the drawing plus I purchased tickets. I have not received any confirmation that the money I sent for the tickets was received, so, I hope I have purchased tickets!:wink:

I had the pleasure to talk to JC a couple of times, he was a great Man who had a lot of knowledge and loved to share it.

I’m in for both donating a custom made pen and for raffle tickets. This is a great cause for a terrific guy that really added to the sport of fly fishing and the art of fly tying. I’m not sure if this raffle has been posted on http://forums.flyfisherman.com/forum/main or not. I’m sure that there are many people that frequent that forum that would love to support this fund raising raffle for such a good cause. Just a thought…

I am new to this hobby ,well more than just a hobby.I live on a fixed income but give to myself sometimes and this is such a good cause,I have sent checks in twice.Thanks to all.

I don’t know who Normand is, he has never contacted me in anyway regarding the raffle. I have over 200 PM’s, I have saved every one for reference. I have responded to everyone who offer to donate and followed up as well. Maybe he’s just a troll looking for attention.

We at Conranch donated a full skin “New Color” nice dry fly hackle bird. I have not seen a photo of it but it is in the drawing, for a $10 ticket.
Value of this one is over $150. Not bad.
