Got a recipe?
Looks a bit like Ian Collin James’ Puke Fly!
Lovely dressing!

Maybe to Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles or Ronnie Milsap, but not to me! JMHO! Seriously, it is a very good pattern.

Carp, since it’s not weighted, are you fishing it in stillwaters, e.g. lakes instead of rivers?
I’m assuming very slowly too? Does it work best in shallower waters…maybe around 3 ft dp?
I’m interested. Thanks,
Jeremy
Thanks for the recipe, gonna have to try those out next year
Jeremy, actually most of my fishing is in shallow waters where I can see tha carp, this fly sinks fairly slow, I carry 3 versions of the fly one weightless as the one in the pic, another one with bead chain eyes and a third one with lead eyes, just be usre to get the fly really wet before presenting it to a carp, because it will float on the first cast if not wet.
