I’m reluctantly watching the idiot jimmy houston and his “eloquence”, on VS, fishing for Brown Trout in Northern Ontario. Not only a disgusting display of fishing with TRIPLE treble hook baits but when removing those hooks holds the trout through the gill plate . And if that is no enough to make me ill, proceeds to display the fish to the camera that same way. I’m not that much of an activist BUT I will write to VS about this idiot.

I was “remote surfing” this morning & saw him holding that trout through the gills…I just about LOST it!!
Between that & the scheduling of bass tournaments during the spawn, I have to wonder just how serious these guys are about perpetuating the sport of fishing & conservation.

To some people, fishing is a religious experience. Like burning in hell is a religious experience. I also think that tournament fishermen are acting out a war with fish. A famous general once said War Is Hell, to some here it would appear their avocation is also hell. Tournament fishermen will also tell you it is their right as citizens of the United States to pursue the fish as it is their way of making an income to support their family.
