I just spent my first hour or two in the chat room here and I have to say I just couldn’t have asked to meet a nicer group of people. There weren’t many of us on tonight, but if you’re new to the site you really should check it out. I have some great notes, found a new fly to tie and know what a furled leader is now!

Generally is a good bunch of folks in the chat! Here a year or two ago it was really hoppin with some very knowledgable folks… They helped me learn a ton in a very short time.

Life changed and the wife and I moved here awhile back. I don’t have internet at the house any more. I hop into chat every now and then when I’m at my grandparents’ house. The best thing about the new place is that I’m about 7 minutes from having a fly in the water!
