The Bug

Check this one out:

http://www.wildwater.co.nz/...r-bugs--river-tubing

It has videos under Photo Gallery.

Something about a tube with a “SEAT BELT” just doesn’t seem right.
Watch the video and around 2:30 the guy in the lower right corner is upside down. He skates out of frame to right I guess…or did he:confused:

They are cool though, but you thought Scadded was crazy?! I think Scadden is setting the trend.

? video not found sir.

I have no idea why it isn’t copy and pasting but here it is from the original poster:

As a former WW kayaker…having your legs dangling off and being belted in scares the hell out of me.

Never done it and it scares me!!!

They’re insane. Lots of broken legs is all I can imagine.

i kept thinking how much these look like NFO boats. Then I noticed “Incept”.
Go to the North Fork Outdoors site and under WHITE WATER, there they are.
So I guess they are working together. It shows:D
They are cool.

What’s so different between that and a regular pontoon float tube? People around here go down the Ocoee River (Class 5+ rapids) in them all the time. People also use kick boats for that here, as well.

I don’t see the advantage of their product over ones that already exist.

Maybe it’s just me. I use a canoe, and kayak.

Well for starters, they are narrower, like a kayak. Then no storage on side or in back to separate it from the fishing style.
Cool seat.

I’ve got a Bug but it has a diesel engine in it
