Using your advice on making an alcohol lamp from a baby food I made one using one of those single serving catsup bottles you get with room service. It’s about 1/3rd the size but works!

Another tip, get some of the light blue tacky putty that is used to mount posters and place a small ball under your lamp (or head cement jar) This will prevent spills.
