Kudos to Hook & Hackle

I have now been building fly rods for 5 years, having purchased my first kit from Hook & Hackle (one of this bulletin board?s sponsors) in October 2001. At times I have probably been a pest, but Bob, and now Ron, have continued to provided me with valuable assistance over the years, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank them for all their help.

I am very loyal, and for the past 5 years I have purchased almost exclusively from Hook & Hackle, due primarily to their exceptional customer service. That loyalty continues.

I’m with you! I called an order in to Ron on Monday. It’s so nice to get a real person on the phone and never have to talk to a computer. And, how can you beat their shipping prices! Bravo Hook & Hackle!
