I was tying at the conclave in redding Ca. on the 14 and 15th and didnt have a chance to check out the vendors,on the last day while everybody was packing I saw BTS flyfishing service,so I walked up to Al and explained that the jaws in my Danvise had chipped and where could I order a new pair,
Al stopped packing said hold on and took a set of jaws off one of the vises and said 10
buck’s will work. Now that is what I call customer service,So I have no problem recommending this sponser and again

Some time ago I posted on the bb that I was looking for a whip finisher that was large enough to tie mid shank at the hook bend. Al contacted me via email and said he had a new product that he had not had a chance to test out and to send him my adddress and if I liked the whip finisher to send him a few bucks to cover s/h. The whip finisher works great! Al is good people in my book.
i bought a danvise, and the first hook i put in the jaws caused some damage to the upper edge of them. i emailed, and within a week i had a brand new set of jaws sitting on my doorstep when i got home from work.
customer service is second to none with al…which is probably why hes such a well respected sponsor of FAOL…
