I am glad I bought a TFO rod (my own little retirement gift) when I retired 2 years ago. I have broken it twice in 2 years. No fault of the rod.
Did everything go smooth with the warranty process? I also own one , haveānt broken it yet , but wondered if it would be a headache if I did.
They just asked me to send them a check for $25.00 and my return address for the rod. That was it. No reicepts or warranty cards needed.
